Collected Personal Data

No personal data is collected nor stored directly with Community Consulting Services.  You must reach out to your original service provider if you are working with one of our partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries.

 

Purpose of collecting data

Community Consulting Services ("CCS") only collects data to ensure and secure your transactions and payments are made.  Where an original service provider is involved through one of our partners, affiliates, divisions, and subsidiaries, CCS acts as an authorized payment center only and we are only authorized to accept payments on behalf of our partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries.  CCS will not be able to provide you with any updates on the progress of your file.  You will need to communicate directly with the relationship expert who initially made contact with you.  By sending your payments directly to CCS on behalf of our partners, affiliates, divisions, and subsidiaries, you are giving your Informed Consent and agreeing to a non-refundable, non-returnable, no chargeback policy for services and work already performed.  For any and all cancellation of future services, you must work directly with your original service provider.  CCS will not be able to issue you any refunds or returns and we have a strict no chargeback policy once your payment has been made, accepted and received by our office.
